My name is Jerry Eden, I've lived in Fairport for 16 years. Back in 1993, I pulled in Baris Auto
with my check brake light on. Mr. Baris threw me a bottle of brake fluid and said, "Try this, the light should come off".
Sure enough, he was right, and I asked him what I owed him for the bottle. He said, "Nothing, keep it and come back when you
have a real problem." I've been taking my car there ever since. I'm a salesman on the road, and average around 40,000 miles
a year. In my Roladex, these guys are right behind my doctor and dentist. Mr. Baris's sons have not only carried on his way
of doing business, they've expanded and also started selling vehicles, one which I purchased for my mother. If I ever left
Fairport, I would go to a different Wegmans, I would go to a different dry cleaners, but I would always bring my car back
to Baris Auto.

Thank you for your letter advising me when my car was due for a NYS inspection - this is a great service to provide your
customers. Unless people are extremely aware, they often don't realize until their car is past due for an inspection, and
then they get stopped at a road block and end up with a ticket (and a fine)!
I've been doing business with Baris Auto since at least 1992 (when I would stop in for gasoline with my young son, who was
happily greeted by Mr. Baris with a piece of bubblegum)!
I have always been pleased with the honest, courteous and professional service I've received and I've spoken highly
of your business to many people.

Great Service:
Just want to say thank you for all the great service over the years. I always knew when you did work on my vehicles that
it would be done right and the price was reasonable. Because of your honesty I always trusted that the work done was needed.
Recently on my way to work on a Saturday morning I ended up in a ditch avoiding a deer. After being pulled out by AAA I
came directly to your garage worried that I had done some damage to the underside of my car. You fit me in to your
schedule and to my relief you reported no damage. I will be moving out of state in a few weeks and hope that I can find
the quality service that you have always given me in my new hometown. Thank you again for your service and honesty.

My wife has been taking her Honda to you for years because, unlike some places, you seem to treat women fairly. When we
married 4 years ago, I started bringing my own cars to you for repairs and maintenance, and have been execptionally
pleased.
Your work is professional and reasonably priced. In fact, one time I brought in a car with air-conditioning problems
and you spent time coming up with the extent of the problem, and wouldn't even charge for your trouble-shooting time,

Just wanted to say how extremely happy I was with coming into your shop on October 22, 2009 and the service that was
provided. I had just visited a Monro Muffler for my NYS Inspection and came out with no inspection and a $1,343.12
quote to replace my brakes, two front control arm bushings and a front end alignment. The guy told me my brakes had
"rust and cracks in the brake shoes" and they wouldn't pass. I decided on a second opinion so I was recommended to you
by a family member who swore my your work. I was greeted with a smile and you fit me right in. I was shocked to see
this kind of service. You fixed everything for me paying only $352.33 and that included parts and labor. You also told
me my brakes had not cracks and they were practically new. Not only was I treated so great but I saved a tone of money
by going to Baris Auto. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Thanks again for your service and honesty.

About 15 years ago my son-in-law referred me to Baris Auto, and my two cars have been
"lovingly" serviced ever since. Currently they both have over 100K miles with more to go. And I frequently passed
the good word to several friends. You can always count on courteous, professional and timely service and be

Baris Auto has always been a trusted place to bring your vehicles. The latest repair
that we brought to them was for a windsheild wiper problem. They took the car in, determined that is was a quick
fix, and didn't charge us for it due to the ease of the fix. We will be back! Most places would have charged a full
hour of labor, but the Baris brothers are just good honest businessmen who understand that loyalty is worth more
than a quick buck.

We had our first major snowstorm this week, and my daughter's car battery died.

I moved to Fairport about 20 years ago. I needed work on my SUV about 15 years ago and
stumbled onto Baris Auto. They do excellent work, are reasonably priced, and I never feel like they ripped me off
when I leave there. Turnaround time is very fast. If you live on the east side of town: Fairport, Perinton,
Penfield, East Rochester or even Victor, I go to Baris before I went to anyone else. Finding a good honest mechanic
is like finding a pot of gold.
